Reconstructing natural aesthetics of posterior teeth with direct composite restorations (a case report)

One of the most common methods dental treatment in a minimally invasive concept is direct restoration carious damaged teeth or with trauma. In this article represents clinical case old unsatisfactory restorations replacement 36, 37 followed by hard tissue class II defects using composite taking into account aesthetic and biomechanical aspects.
